Our block sale is one of the ways we raise money to provide free newspapers to our local schools.  To donate a block please email us at cie@bakersfield.com or call us at 392-5751. The block sale is a fundraiser where we sell goods or services donated by local businesses at a discount to the public.  We have a block sale every two months and they are advertised prior to the sale in The Bakersfield Californian.   Our next block sale will be in August.
